Now, on to the inspiration cards I created with all these new goodies!!!

For my first card, I used the New Happy Boo To You Stamp set.  I stamped out three of the girls and colored them in with my Copics.  Then I cut them out using my Scan N Cut 2, and set them aside.  I chose some fun patterned paper and trimmed it into rectangles, framing one of them with the Scalloped Rectangles die.  Then I cut several leaves using the New Filigree Leaves Die and layered the in behind my scalloped panel.  I cut the Halloween word out of black cardstock and paper-pieced the pumpkin so it would stand out.  Then I popped my girl images on top and finished it off with some Stickles glitter glue and a little bat from the Trick Or Sweets Stamp set.

For my next card, I used the oh-so-sweet Batty For You Clear Stamp Set.  I stamped out my bats, colored them up using Copics, and cut them out using my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I layered several pieces of patterned paper, mounting each layer on solid cardstock.  To create my little scen, I chose some starry patterned paper, die cut a circle in yellow for my moon, and inked the edges with some distress ink.  Then I die cut a branch with the Twigs Die and added a few die cut leaves from the Leaves Confetti Die.  Then I layered it all together, added my bats, and popped in my Boo sentiment from the Boo Die. I also tucked in some die cut Filigree Leaves and a spider web doily.

Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and Stamp Anniething Collaboration Instagram Hop!

Hello!  I'm so excited to announce that Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and Stamp Anniething are collaborating to bring you an Instagram Hop sharing the new releases from both companies!  For the collaboration, I was able to work with all the new stamps, dies, and stencils from this month's Stamp Anniething release and I had so much fun creating with them!

For my first Card, I decided to color up this adorable NATALIE GOBBLE stamp.  She's dressed in this super cute turkey costume and I just couldn't resist creating something with her.  I stamped her out, colored her up with my Copics, and cut her out using my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I used the NEW  LEAF STENCIL to create my background.  I used my Kraftin' Kimmie inks and sponged the background in different fall colors.  I just love how it looks like they're falling from the trees!  Then I die cut that into a rectangle, mounted it on a solid piece of brown cardstock and added a green grass border to the bottom.  Then I popped my image on with foam tape, stamped my sentiment in the corner and added some enamel dots.  To finish it off, I mounted it on top of some orange gingham paper.

Here's a look at the inside:

For my second card, I used the NEW KRISSY FALL LEAVES stamp set.  I just love how sweet she looks with that ribbon in her hair and her cute little scarf.  To start, I stamped out my image and colored it up with my Copics.  Then I cut it out with my Scan N Cut 2 and popped it on top of a little fall scene I created using some dies in my stash.  The floating leaves are from the NEW Stamp Anniething Give Thanks Die Set.  They are perfect for creating fun fall scenes!  Then I stamped out an image from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and layered it all on top of some fun patterned paper from Doodlebug.   I just love how this turned out!

For my card, I chose one of the girls from Girl Power.  I stamped her out and colored her up with my Copics.  Then I die cut her into a fun shape and stamped out a sentiment from the Smarty Pants set.  I die cut several pieces of "school themed" patterned paper and layered them all to create the background of my card.  Then I popped my image on top and added a couple of fun embellishments.

La-La Land Crafts Guest Designer!

Hello! Today, I have some amazing news!  I've been asked to guest design for La-La Land Crafts!  Over the next 3 months, I'll be creating with all their new products as well as some of their "oldies, but goodies" I'm so excited and honored by this opportunity and I can't wait to share with you what I've been working on!  So... let's get started.  The theme this week is USE A STENCIL.

For my card, I decided to create my own stencil using the Double Stitched Hills Border Die.  First, I die cut a light blue panel using the largest rectangle from the Scalloped Rectangles Die.  Then I cut a smaller white rectangle to fit inside.  I used the Double Stitched Hillside Borders Die to sponge some snowy slopes using some light blue distress ink and a sponge.  Then I was ready to create my scene.  I used the Three Christmas Trees Die and cut it apart to create 3 separate trees.  I placed them on my panel to look as if they were sitting on top of the snow.  Then I stamped out my hippo images from the NEW Hippo Holidays Clear Stamp Set, colored them up with Copics, and cut them out using my Scan N Cut 2.  I used foam tape to pop them on to my panel and stamped my sentiment out in black ink.  To finish it off, I added some white accents with my gel pen and some dots of Stickles glitter for snow.  A die cut flag from the Stitched Pennants Die finishes it all off.

For the inside of the card, I used another light blue panel cut with the Scalloped Rectangles Die.  Then I added two of the die cut trees and a banner cut with the Flag Banner Die.

Supplies:

Copic Colors:
Hippos: W1, W2, W3, W5, W7
Red: R22, R24, R27, R56, R59
Yellow: Y21, Y26
Blue: BG13, BG57
White: C1, C3
