Happy Haunting

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a spooky Halloween card using the Trick or Treat set.  This set is so much fun to play with and makes building scene cards a breeze!  

To create my card, I started with some patterned paper in my stash and trimmed it to fit the front of my card base.  Then I die cut some green paper to act as a hill for the background.  Across the bottom, I layered up a strip of grey paper.  Then I stamped out my images, colored them up with Copics, and cut them out.  Using a cute little haunted house die in my stash, I layered up the images for create a sweet little trick or treat scene.  

For my sentiment, I decided to stamp it across the moon.  I die cut some yellow paper into a large circle.  Then stamped my image towards the to.  I slipped that behind the house.  A few cloud die cuts and a glittered bat finish this card off.

The Greeting Farm July Release!

The JULY 2022 RELEASE is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced 3 new sets. Our first set called ANYA IN JAPAN starts off our travel series and features Anya in a gorgeous kimono tied with a wide belt called an obi. The next set we showcased is called DEEPEST SYMPATHY to help you create a special card with a personalized message for those difficult times. Lastly, we sent Anya and Ian on vacation to the sandy beaches of Hawaii in a set called BEACH VIBES.

Today, I'm featuring the NEW Beach Vibes Set!  

To create my card, I stamped out several images from the set, colored them up, and drew in in a beach scene around them.  Then I stamped my sentiment across the top. Love this fun summer set!

The Greeting Farm July Preview Day #3

 

It's Day #3 of the July Previews at The Greeting Farm!  Today's Beach Vibes set features a set packed full of summer scene-building elements.  So many fun images and sentiment to create the perfect summer cards!  

To create my card, I stamped out several of the images from the set, masking as needed to create a layered look.  Then I colored up my scene using Copics and trimmed the panel so that the top and bottom were about a 1/8 short on each side.  The I layered that on top of some blue card stock so that it filled in the bottom and top.  Some highlights with my white gel pen finish off this fun beachy card!

The Greeting Farm July Release Preview Day #2

 

Hello!  I'm back today with another preview of the New Release from The Greeting Farm.  This sweet set is called Deepest Sympathy.  So many beautiful images and sentiments included.  The perfect set for trough times!  

To create my card, I used the floral set to create a repeating floral background.  In between the images, I stamped some ladybugs, leaves, and smaller floral images. Towards the top of the card, I stamped my sentiment.  After coloring it with Copics, I trimmed the card to fit my A2 card front and mounted that on top of some kraft card stock.  A few blue enamel dots finish this off.  

All new images will be released on the 15th of this month!  Check back tomorrow for another peek at the new release!  

The Greeting Farm July Release Preview Day #1

 Hello!  It's day #1 of the July Sneak Peeks at The Greeting Farm.  Today, I'm featuring the new stamp set called Anya in Japan.  This sweet set includes several acessory stamps and sentiment to make the perfect scene card!  

To create my card, I stamped out my images, masking them into order to layer them up.  Then I colored them with Copics and die cut the scene to fit the front of my A2 sized card.  Then I mounted that on top of some teal card stock and added a fun fringe trim across the bottom!

The Greeting Farm: Christmas in July

I'm celebrating Christmas in July with this fun little holiday card featuring the Fa la la set!  Does anyone else create Christmas cards year round so you'll be ahead of the game?  

To create my card, I started by stamping out my sentiment. Then, I stamped out several snowmen just under it, masking them off.  After coloring them in with Copics, I used my Copic pen to draw in some snow.  A bit of Stickles glitter gives it some texture.  I also added some white snow across the whole panel using Copic white paint.  Using a die in my stash, I die cut the whole thing to fit the front of my card base.  Such a fun and festive holiday card!
