CC Designs May Release Preview Day #1

Hello!  It's almost time for the CC Designs May Release!  Today, I'm sharing this adorable Cute Birds Stamp Set as well as the Clouds and Grasses Stencil.  Both will be released Thursday, May 2nd!  For my card, I decided to create a little tree branch scene.  I used the cloud side of my stencil to sponge in some blue sky on my background.  Then I stamped out my images, colored them up with my Copics, and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  I layered them on top of a tree branch die I had in my stash and stamped my sentiment in the left hand corner.  Then I added a few of the butterflies to finish it all off.  I just love how cute this turned out.  These birds are absolutely adorable!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Be sure to pop over to the CC Designs Blog to see all other other design team creations!

La-La Land Crafts This Is Me

Hello!  Today, I'm here sharing another fun card from the NEW April Release from La-La Land Crafts!  I used the I Can and I Will stamp set along with several of the new dies to create an encouragement card.  First, I layered up some patterned papers, then I colored my image and die cut it using the new oval die.  I layered that on top of a yellow scalloped oval and mounted that using foam tape.  I die cut my doily from some bright pink card stock and layered that in behind.  Then I stamped out my sentiment and added that to the bottom.  Some die cut stars with glitter stickles finish it all off.

Club La-La Land Crafts Ohh La-La!

Hello!  Today, I'm back sharing two more fun cards from the Club La-La Land April Kit!  For my first card, I create a little hillside scene complete with rolling hills, the Eiffel Tower, and some puffy white Clouds.  To create this card, I used some light pink patterned paper and layered on my hills and grass across the bottom.  Then I die cut the Eiffel Tower from black card stock and adhered it to the right side of the card.  Then I added a few die cut clouds in the sky.  I stamped out my poodles and colored them up with Copics, then cut them out with my Scan N Cut 2.  I popped them up on the card with some foam tape, added my sentiment, and layered the whole scene on top of a black scalloped rectangle.  Then I layered in some ribbon, die cut roses, and mounted the whole thing on some Paris themed patterned paper.

CC Designs Hippo Birdie Two Ewe

Hello!  Today, I'm stopping by to share a fun little birthday card using the NEW Hippo Birdie Two Ewe stamp set from CC Designs.  This set is so much fun and has limitless possibilities!

For my card, I decided to create a little outdoors scene.  I used the In & Out Squares die to frame out my scene and die cut a blue card stock square to fit on top of it.  Then I die cut two pieces of grass and tucked in some dark blue card stock to look like water.  I stamped out my images, colored them up, cut them out, and adhered them to the card using foam tape.  Then i added a few clouds, a sweet little sentiment, and some bees from the previously released April and May stamp set.  Since this is a birthday card, I decided to mount my little scene on a larger piece of multi-colored polka dot paper.

La-La Land Crafts April Release Good Vibes Only!

Hello!  Hope you are having a fabulous Wednesday!  Today I'm sharing another amazing stamp set from La-La Land Crafts.  This beautiful stamp is called Good Vibes Only!  For my project, I decided to decorate a travelers notebook insert.  First, I used the new All About Lace Layering Stencil to create a beautiful background design on the kraft insert.  Then I die cut a pretty doily using the Mandala Doily Die.  I stamped my image, colored with Copics, and die cut that using the new Double Stitched Ovals Die.  Then I layered that on top of some soft green card stock cut with the new scalloped ovals die.  I set that aside and stamped the You Inspire Me Background stamp on some textured cream cardstock and heat embossed that with gold embossing powder.  You can't quite tell that it's supposed to be a marble design, but the outcome was still quite stunning.  Then I trimmed that into a rectangle and layered it on top of a brown die cut scalloped rectangle.  Once I had all these pieces ready, I started layering them all together and adhering them to my travelers notebook.  For my final touches, I stamped out the word "beautiful" and die cut it out using the Scroll Banner Die.  I popped that on top with some foam tape, added some pretty hibiscus flowers as well as some greenery, and finished it all off with some faux pearl stickers.

La-La Land Crafts April Release I Can and I Will

Hello!  I'm back today sharing two more awesome stamp sets from the April Release and La-La Land Crafts!  Today I'm featuring I Can and I Will Clear Stamp Set as well as the NEW Filler Words-Print Clear Stamp Set.

For my card, I first stenciled a black and white background using the Harlequin Stencil.  Then I stamped out my image and colored her up with my Copics.  I die cut her into a rectangle using my scalloped rectangles die and stamped the sentiment from the Filler Words set.  I layered that on a piece of black cardstock and set it to the side.  Then I die cut the Mandala Die from hot pink card stock and cut it into 2 pieces.  I separated the pieces and adhered them to my background so that each one touched the outsides of the card.  I cut a strip of white cardstock and layered that across the middle and adhered a piece of polka-dot ribbon to the top of it.  Then I popped my rectangle image on top with foam tape and added a pretty paper flower and some die cut greenery.

Club La-La Land Crafts April Club Kit Reveal!

Hello!  It's that time again!  It's Club La-La Land April Club Kit Reveal Day! This month the theme is all about Paris!  How fun is that!  It features one adorable Marci in Paris Stamp Set, 3 adorable poodles, and a bunch of coordinating sentiments.  Not to mention 3 awesome dies to complete the set!

For my first inspiration card, I decided to create a little scene.  First I colored up Marci and one of the poodles using my Copics.  Then I cut them out with my Scan N Cut 2.  Next, I layered up several pieces of patterned paper for my background.  I found a cute little cloud pattern and layered some green polka dot paper across the bottom.  Then I die cut the Eiffel tower from some bright blue card stock and adhered that in the background.  I popped Marci and the poodle up on some foam tape and added my sentiment.  Then I die cut the roses from some red cardstock and layered them on top of some lighter red patterned paper.  I fussy cut that out as well as the green leaves and then added them back on top with foam tape as well.  A little enamel dot on Marci's purse finishes the whole thing off.

For my next card, I decided to focus on these cute little poodles.  I colored 2 of them up with my Copic markers and cut them out with my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I layered some patterned paper on top of my black postage stamp rectangle and added my Paris sentiment on top.  Then I cut a rectangle of patterned paper for the background and used the reverse harlequin die to embellish the left corner.  I mounted that on top of some black cardstock and added a think strip of houndstooth paper on the right hand side.  Using a craft knife, I carefully trimmed around the poodle's paws and slipped him on top of my postage stamp rectangle.  Then I adhered the whole thing down to my card.  I added the other poodle on the left with some foam tape and added a green grass strip across the bottom as well.  To finish my card, off, I die cut the roses from some light pink paper and adhered it to some black card stock.  Then I fussy cut that out and added it on top of some green die cut leaves.  A final touch of faux pearls top it all off.

La-La Land Crafts Background Stamps and Stencils

Hello, this week's theme at La-La Land Crafts is background stamps and stencils.  So, I decided to incorporate the super sweet Sew Amazing Clear Stamp set with a couple different background stamps!  For my card, I stamped out my images and colored them up with Copics.  Then I fussy cut them out and set them to the side.  I created my background by layering a few pieces of patterned paper.  Then I stamped out the Hearts Forever Background stamp and white heat embossed it on top of some navy blue cardstock.  I die cut that into a circle and moved on to my focal panel.  For that, I used the Sweater Weather Background stamp.  I thought it would be fun to add that to my card since it had a sewing theme.  I also white heat embossed that, but this time on hit pink cardstock.  I trimmed the finished piece into a rectangle and layered that on top of a white postage stamp frame.  Then I added another piece of patterned paper that looked like a tape measure and popped my image on top using some foam tape.  I also used foam tape to layer that panel onto my background and finished the whole thing off with a die cut page flag and a white button.

CC Designs April Release Sneak Peek Day #4

Hello!  It's Day 4 of April Previews at CC Designs.  This month, we have a huge selection of stamps, dies, and stencils to share with you!

Today, I'm featuring a super fun set called Party Unicorns!  This sweet set features 3 unicorn stamps and 3 coordinating sentiments!
For my card, I wanted to showcase as many of these little guys as possible so I used a piece of patterned paper and die cut 3 rectangles from the center.  I filled in the squares with some green coordinating card stock and popped my colored-up unicorns in each space using foam tape.  Then I used one of the new stencils being released (Birthday Dots) to create a fun textured polkadot effect on top of some hot pink card stock.  I just used glitter paste.  I layered that underneath my unicorns and added a scalloped border using the edge of the In & Out Rectangles Die.  Then I stamped out my sentiment, added a glitter enamel dot and popped that on top with foam tape as well.

La-La Land Crafts: Spring!

Hello!  Thankfully spring is just around the corner and this week's theme at La-La Land Crafts is just that!  Spring!

For my card, I decided to create something a little clean and simple.  I chose some pretty floral patterned paper and matted that with the scalloped rectangle die.  Then I used the large Nested Frames die to cut out a white piece of cardstock.  I stamped out my little gnome, colored him up with Copics and fussy cut him out.  Then I popped him on top of the little green wreath using some foam tape.  I added some little yellow flowers to bring in the whole theme of spring and then I stamped my sentiment underneath.  To finish the whole thing off, I added some liquid pearls to the center of each flower and topped my card with a die cut bow.  Too cute!
