Stacey Yacula Halloween!

Hello,
Today, I'm sharing a cute little card featuring some Halloween images from Stacey Yacula.  This card combines sets from My Favorite Things and Purple Onion Designs.  I love that even though she designs for 2 different companies, her images seamlessly work together.  For this card, I started with a piece of white card stock.  I stamped out my background images, masked them off, and used Distress Inks and Copics to color in the background.  Then I removed the masks and finished coloring the images.  Then I colored up my focal images, fussy cut them out, and popped them onto my scene using foam tape.  Some added highlights with a white gel pen finish it off.  Have I mentioned how much I love Halloween? lol!

The Greeting Farm Mini-Remix Brewtiful

Hello!  Hope your week is going well!  Today, I'm back sharing another fun card from The Greeting Farm.  These little cuties are from the Mini-Remix Brewtiful Clear Stamp Set.  Aren't they adorable???  For my I card, I decided to create a little snowy scene.  I stamped my background using from Purple Onion Designs.  I colored it up with Copics, trimmed it to fit my card base, and added my title across the top.  Then I stamped out my little images, colored them up with Copics, fussy cut them out, and popped them on with foam tape.  Such a quick and simple card, but I love how it turned out!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Purple Onion Designs Splash!

Hello there!  Just wanted to pop on and share this super sweet card featuring the NEW Sunshine Lake Collection at Purple Onion Designs. To create this card, I started with a piece of water-themed patterned paper.  Then I die cut a piece of white card stock using the Oval Burst die from Avery Elle.  I adhered that on top and mounted the whole thing on a piece of royal blue card stock.  Then I die cut a sun and clouds and popped them on top.  I colored up these two cuties using my Copic markers and fussy cut them out.  With foam tape, I adhered them to the center of the card and added my sentiment below them.  Such a fun, summery card!

Purple Onion Designs: Hello Sunshine

Hey there!  Hope your week is going well.  Today, I'm sharing a sweet little stamp set from Purple Onion Designs.  This set is a Special Edition Stamp Set that benefits Covid 19 Relief.  For every stamp set sold, $10 will be donated to the United Way Worldwide Covid 19 Community Response & Recovery Fund.
For my card, I started with the Birch Tree Background Stamp Set.  Then I stenciled in some clouds to create my background.  On a separate piece of paper, I stamped out my little critters and colored them up using my Copics.  Then I fussy cut them out and added them to my panel using foam tape.  I also added a little butterfly stamp from my stash as well as the "Hello Sunshine" sentiment.  Such a great way to say "hello."

Purple Onion Designs Lazy River

Hello!  Well, we are full swing into summer!  Today, I have a fun little Lazy River card for you featuring some of the new stamps from Purple Onion Designs.  Almost all of these images are from the New Sunshine Lake Collection, but a few of them are "oldies, but goodies."  I just love that you can mix and match all of the Stacey Yacula stamps to create the perfect scene!  For my card, I used the Lazy River Background Stamp and colored it up with Copics.  Then I stamped a few clouds from the Fairgrounds Background Stamp and added my sentiment.  Next, I stamped out my images, colored them with Copics, and fussy cut them out.  I used foam tape to adhere them to my scene.  Most of the images are from the Sunshine Lake Collection, but the umbrella, beach ball, sand pail, and shovel are all from the Happy Trails Collection.

I just love how this turned out.  Such a great way to wish someone a happy summer!

Purple Onion Designs Sunny Meadow Fair 3D Card

Hello there!  I have a very fun project to share with you guys today!  One of my favorite designers is Stacey Yacula.  Here illustrations are always adorable and one of my absolute favorite collections is Sunny Meadow Fair.  As soon as I started coloring these little cuties up, I knew I wanted to create a 3D card.  For the base of the card, I used Marianne Designs Box Card Die.  Then I stamped the sides and background using the Fairgrounds Background Stamp.  I colored everything in with Copics and then started assembling my card.  I tried to add as many characters as possible to my scene while trying to keep each one visible.  After I was finished cutting, fussy cutting, and gluing, I added some Stickles glitter glue to my clouds and some white highlights with a gel pen.

I just love how this turned out and I had so much fun creating it!  I love this collection even more after working with it and I can't wait to use it again!

Hello!  Today, I have a very fun card to share with you!  This sweet little cards features a couple stamps from the Sunny Meadow Fair collection at Purple Onion Designs!  These sweet images are drawn by Stacey Yacula and they are just the cutest!

To create my card, I did a little masking and layered the Roller Coaster Stamp on top of the Fairgrounds Background image.  Then I colored it up with my Copics and trimmed it to a square. I added a little Stickles Glitter to the clouds and matted the image on top of a red piece of card stock.  Then I layered that on top of some yellow polka dot paper from MFT and tucked a blue doily in between the layers.  A couple of page flags and a button finish off this fun and festive card!
