CC Designs September Release Preview Day #1

 

 

Hello!  I'm so excited to share with you Day#1 of the CC Designs September Release Previews!  There are so many amazing stamps being released this month!  You are going to love them all!  Today, I'm sharing two fun sets: Bat and Spider and Funny Pumpkins!  These two adorable sets include some totally silly images and tons of coordinating sentiments.  Oh, and did I mention that there are some new dies coming your way as well?  So many fun goodies! 

 

 

For my Funny Pumpkins Project, I used the NEW Goodie Bag Die to create this fun little treat bag.  I die cut some panels out of spider paper and adhered them to the box on the front and back.  Then I colored up my pumpkin, cut him out using the coordinating dies, and popped him on a purple oval I die cut using the Stitched Ovals Die set.  Then I layered that on top of the Scalloped Oval and attached it to my bag.  The Goodie Bag Die set comes with two tags.  I die cut one of them and stamped my sentiment out.  Then I used some gingham ribbon to tie it on.  Some blue crinkle paper tucked inside finishes it off.  But a treat bag isn't complete without some coordinating candies.  This month CC Designs is also releasing a Halloween Candy Wrapper Stamp set with coordinating dies.  So I used that to dress up some chocolates for my box. 

 

For my second project, I created a fun Halloween card using the NEW Bat and Spider Stamp Set.  I stamped out my bats and colored them up using Copics.  Then I die cut them out with the coordinating dies and created a little night time scene using some dies I had on hand.  I popped them on top and mounted the whole thing to a yellow panel I cut using the Scalloped Rectangles Die.

CC Designs Magical Dragons

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a sweet card using the NEW Dragons Stamp set and matching dies from CC Designs!  For my card, I decided to create a little scene using the Castle Die.  I chose some cloud patterned paper, cut it out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then mounted it with white cardstock cut with the Pinky Rectangles Die.  Then I cut out and layered up my castle and glued it onto the scene.  Next, I stamped out my dragons, colored them up with Copics, and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  To finish it off, I stamped out my sentiment and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  There you have it, one magical dragon card!

 For my card, I used the Rubber Re-release of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!  I stamped out my image, colored her up and cut her out on my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I layered several die cut pieces of patterned paper, added a cute little tag in the middle, and popped my image on top using some foam tape.

Kraftin' Kimmie DT Inspiration- Book Dragon

Hello! Today, I'm on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog featuring Book Dragon.  I chose Book Dragon for my inspirational card because I thought he was perfect for the back-to-school season and he's adorable!!!  I mean come on... a dragon that reads! Too cute!  For my card, I colored my dragon up in yellows and cut him out on my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I die cut several pieces of school-themed paper and layered it all together.  I popped my dragon on top using some foam tape and finished it off with a few enamel dots!  I just love how fun and bright this card is, perfect for any kiddo going back to school!

 For my card, I created a fun spooky scene using some die cuts I had on hand.  Then I colored up my images and popped them on top using some foam tape.  A couple of bat stickers and a cute little sentiment finish it off.

Kraftin' Kimmie August Release Peek #4

Welcome back to Day FOUR of our AUGUST Krafty Peeks

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!...

We are back with the SECOND new set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen for our Fall and Halloween release!
This one is called.....SPOOKY SILHOUETTES!
This totally BOO-tiful set by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen is absolutely amazing! It features lots of halloweenie solid images which are PERFECT for using with our brand NEW Hybrid INKS!!! Especially the new trio of colours: Pumpkin Patch, Purple Petunia and Mossy Meadow! There is an awesome spooky tree silhouette, lots of solid image stamps and six fabulous coordinating sentiments!

For my card, I used Kraftin' Kimmie inks to create a background.  I used a circle die cut and sponged around it to create my moon and then I stamped out my tree silhouette, ghosts, and cat.  I die cut the fence line using a die I had in my stash.  Then I stamped out my sentiment and finished it off with some die cut clouds.
