Today, I'm featuring the NEW SPOOKY SUCKERS set.  For my card, I created a fun little card using some bright papers from Doodlebug.  I colored up my image with copics, cut her out using my Scan N Cut 2 and popped her on top using some foam tape.  A few rhinestone stickers and a cute sentiment finished it off.
