CC Designs Snowman with Squirrels

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing an adorable Snowman card with you guys using one of the New stamps from CC Designs!  He's called Snowman with Squirrels and you can find him HERE in the CC Designs shop!

 

When I first saw this image, the idea of a part winter, part fall themed card popped into my head.  You don't often see squirrels on winter cards, but they are so cute and they coordinate perfectly!  So, for my card, I decided to use the new Doodlebug Flea Market paper.  I colored my image to match and paper pieced his little scarf with some of the plaid paper in the set.  Then I layered my paper in the background and added a gingham brown ribbon.  I stamped my sentiment (from the Holly Jolly Sentiments set) on a die cut tag (Layering Tags Die) and placed a little bow on top.  Some enamel dots and a punched flag top it all off.

CC Designs November Release Blog Hop

Today is RELEASE DAY for the new NOVEMBER Stamps at C.C. Designs. As you have seen from our Preview Days, these new stamps revolve around those chilly, wintry days....except for those last minute mermaids that made their way into this release! And, don't forget about the 12 new DOVEART stamps that were released at the end of October. You have a lot of amazing choices this month for your stamping needs.

 

For my card, I decided to use the adorable NEW Penguin Rubber Stamp.  Aren't they just the cutest!!!  I chose some bright "wintery" papers and colored the image to match with my Copic Markers.  Then I added several layers of patterned paper to the card and attached some white pleated ribbon.  I die cut a snowflake from white cardstock and stamped my sentiment on to a scalloped circle, placing it in the middle of the snowflake.  Some die cut snowflakes and enamel dots top it off.

CC Designs November Release Sneak Peek #1

 

Preview Day #1 for the November CC Designs Release is Here!!!  I have to tell you, there are some super adorable stamps being released this month so prepare yourself!!!  Today, I have one of the cutest little guys to share with you.  He is from the Snowies Set and is one of 4 stamps that come in the set.  I just love how he's bundled up to his nose and that little birdie is the cutest!  For my card, I chose some winter papers with a hint of a "woodsy" feel.  Then I colored my image to match with Copic Markers.  I cut it out on my Scan N Cut 2.  I die cut several layers of my patterned paper and placed them on top of each other.  Then I created a little sentiment circle using the New Snowman Sentiments set which will also be released in November.  Then I popped my image on top using some foam tape for dimension.  A few rhinestone snowflakes and enamel dots top it all off.

Kraftin Kimmie Saturday Challenge - Lots of Layers

Hello!  Today, I'm hosting the Saturday Challenge at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps!  This week's theme is Lots of Layers!  As you probably know, I love using layers on my cards so I thought I would challenge all of you to do the same!  You can find all the details on the Kraftin Kimmie Blog HERE.

For my card, I decided to use the adorable Snowball Fairy.  This is a rubber stamp which means it is retired, but there are still a few left in the shop.  So, if you want her... be sure to snatch her up soon!  I chose some soft winter papers with glitter accents and colored her up to match.  Then I die cut her using the Gina Marie X-Stitched Rectangle Die.  I layered several of the patterned papers in the background added some ruched ribbon and popped my image on top with some foam tape.  Then I die cut a ton of glitter snowflakes and sprinkled them all over the card.  Some velvet snow balls top it off.

CC Designs - Carolers

Hello!  Today, I'm here sharing a fun little holiday card using the NEW CC Designs Carolers Stamp!  I just love these two little cuties and that little dog singing his heart out in the corner is just adorable!!!  For my card, I chose some holiday patterned paper that matched the theme of the stamp (musical notes).  Then I colored my image to match using Copic Markers.  Next, I die cut my image into a square and layered it on top of a red scallop.  I added a little tree die cut, some enamel dots and button flag to the corner.  The sentiment is from the NEW CC Designs Holly Jolly Sentiments set.

Today I have a fun and festive New Years card to share with you!  For this card, I used the fabulous Let's Celebrate set!  I just love this stamp set so much!  It's just so much fun!  To create my card, I chose some festive holiday paper and colored my image to match.  Then I layered the paper in the background and placed my mounted image on top.  Then I added a gold foil die cut and I stamped the words "New Year" from the stamp set.  I just masked off the "happy."  A couple of punch flags and some gold rhinestones top it off.

Kraftin Kimmie Halloween Challenge

 

 

Hello!  It's Saturday and that means it's time for another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! This week's challenge is Halloween themed!

For my project, I decided to create three little Halloween gift enclosures.  These are little mini cards, perfect to add to any Halloween treat!  I decided to use the oh so adorable Happy Owl-oween set and stamped three of the little cuties.  Then I chose some fun Halloween paper and colored my images to match.  I cut them out on my Scan N cut 2 and popped them in the center of the die cut circles with some foam tape.  Then I added some die cut shapes for the background and there you have it.  Three fun and easy little gift enclosures :)
