La-La Land Crafts Take it Sloth: Pink and Red

Hello! This week's theme at La-La Land Crafts is Pink and Red!  For my card, I used the New Take It Sloth Stamp set to create a coffee themed card! 

First, I stamped out my images and colored them up using Copic Markers.  Then I fussy cut them out and paper pieced the cup for the sloth on the inside of the card.  Next, I die cut a craft rectangle out of the Scalloped Rectangles die and layered a piece of red plaid patterned paper on top.  Then I used the Scalloped Circles Die to cut a piece of white cardstock and layered a bright pink heart paper on top.  I create a little coffee cup using the Coffee Cup die and layered a couple of coffee beans on top.  then I added some strips of patterned paper and popped my sloth on top using some foam tape.  I also used the new Heart Wreath Die and tucked that in behind.  To finish the card off, I stamped my sentiment and cut it out using the Nested Frames Large Die set.

Club La-La Land Crafts February Stamp and Die Kit

Hello!  Today, I'm so excited to share the NEW February Stamp and Die Kit for La-La Land Crafts!  This month, the kit features some adorable stamps and dies centered around a LAUNDRY theme!  How cute!!!

For my first card, I used the sweet little cats that come in the kit.  I trimmed a piece of white card stock into a rectangle and sponged a cloud background using the Stitched Sun and Clouds Die.  Then I layered on some grass, stamped out my kittens, and colored them up with Copics.  I fussy cut them out and popped them on top of my card using some foam tape.  Then I die cut the LAUNDRY BASKET die that comes in the kit out of red card stock and tucked in a couple pieces of patterned paper cut into small rectangles.  I tucked that piece behind my orange cat.  Then, I stamped my sentiment on top of a cloud and popped that into the sky using foam tape as well.  I die cut the CLOTHESPIN Die from patterned paper and added the metal piece die cut from some silver mirrored card stock.  I tucked that in at the top, added a few enamel hearts and layered the whole thing on top of a yellow die cut scalloped rectangle.  I just love how this turned out.  So cute and perfect for spring!

For my next card, I used the Cats and Laundry Marci to create a fun little laundry room scene.  To create my card, used some patterned paper to create my wall and floor background.  Then I die cut the WASHING MACHINES out of orange paper and layered the embellishments on top.  I created a little open door on one of the washers to add a fun interactive piece.  Then I added the LAUNDRY BASKET to the top of the washer, popped my cat on top using foam tape and added Marci in front of the dryer.  To finish the card off, I added my sentiment to a strip of white card stock and layered a little star on top.

La-La Land Crafts: Hearts

Hello!  Today, I am so excited to be sharing a super fun card using some of the new stamps and dies from La-La Land Crafts.  This week the theme is all about hearts so I decided to create some fairytale fun!  To create my card, I started with a business size card base.  then I made my background using some colored cardstock and several La-La Land Dies.  I stamped out my images, colored them up with Copics, and fussy cut them out.  Then I popped them on to my scene using some foam tape.  In order to create the pathway to my castle, I stamped out a stone background and trimmed that using my stitched border dies.  To finish it off, I added a fun heart banner, a couple of hearts on top of my clouds, and some little read flowers all over.  Then I stamped out my sentiments and there you have it...one fun fairytale card using hearts!

CC Designs February Release

Hello!  It's Release Day at CC Designs! This month is packed full of amazing crafty goodies including stamps, dies, paper, enamel dots...all the things!  

Today, I'm featuring the adorable new set Spring Things Clear Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies.  These set is a must for Spring and I love that it coordinates with the previously released Easter Cuties Stamp Set.    For my card below, I used elements from both sets to create a fun spring scene.  First I cut a rectangle piece of blue card stock and mounted it on the In and Out Rectangle Die.  Then I cut out some grass, layered it on top and filled the whole scene with stamped images from the two sets.  I popped that on top of some patterned paper from the NEW Hearts and Dots Paper Pad.   To finished it off, I added a few enamel dots and a little piece of white ribbon.

CC Designs February Release Sneak Peek Day #1

Hello!  I'm so excited to share a fun Sneak Peek of the NEW CC Designs Release for February.  All the new products will be released February 7th!  

For my card, I'm using some of the new patterned papers that will be released this month!  That's right!  CC Designs is bringing back patterned papers!!!  These patterns and colors are so yummy!  You are going to love them!  I'm also sharing some of the new dies and of course these adorable little monkeys.  To create my card, I used the Quad Collage Die as my base.  Then I layered in some blue polkadot paper for my sky.  I stamped out these adorable monkeys and colored them up using my Copics.  Then I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.  To create the cloud background and grass, I used two new dies that will also be available on Thursday!  Then I layered it all together.  I popped my monkeys on with foam tape and layered the whole thing on top of several layered of patterned paper.  I just love how this turned out!  Too much fun!

January Club La-La Land Kit

Hello!  Today, I'm back sharing a couple more card inspirations featuring the NEW January Club La-La Land Kit!  If you're not already subscribed you can sign up for the February Kit HERE!  

For my first card, I used two of the adorable panda bears from the kit.  I layered them on top of a die cut postage stamp with some foam tape and added the heart key die to the bottom. The I popped that on top of some patterned paper, added some ribbon, and finished it off with my sentiment.

La-La Land Dream Come True

Hello!  I'm back today sharing a fun little fairytale card from the new La-La Land Release!  This sweet card features characters from the Dream Come True Clear Stamp Set and the Be Unique Clear Stamp Set!  

To create my card, I  die cut a scalloped rectangle and layered a polka dot green rectangle on top.  Then I used the Double Stitched Hills Border Die to create a windy road.  I used my Once Upon A Time Background Stamp to give it a cobblestone look and adhered it to my rectangle.  Then I die cut my Tall Castle Die in the same "cobblestone" pattern and topped it will a pink roof.  I colored up my images with Copics and popped them on my scene using foam tape.  Then i added a few clouds, some tiny stars and a couple of star wreaths.  My sentiment and a strip of floral patterned paper finish it off.
