Stamping Bella Mad Hatter

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a fun and very whimsical card using the Oddball Mad Hatter Stamp from Stamping Bella!  To create my card, I started with some black and white checkered patterned paper.  Then I used the Leafy Frame die from Simon Says Stamp to cut two pieces of card stock.  The first I cut with blue card stock and the second I cut with purple card stock.  I layered them both on top of each other and added some additional green die cut leaves here and there to fill in the scene.  Then I colored up my Hatter and cut him out using my Scan N Cut 2.  I popped him on top with some foam tape, added some mushrooms from Lawn Fawn and finished it off with my sentiment and little cat.

St. Patrick's Day and Bellarific Friday Challenge

Hello there!  Today I have two cards to show you.  The first is for the Bellarific Friday Challenge over at Stamping Bella. The theme this week was paper piecing so I decided to play along and make an Easter card.  This is Bunny and you can find her HERE in the Stamping Bella store.

For this card, I decided to paper piece her skirt and then added some pleats/folds with my C1 and C3 Copic markers.  I really like how it turned out!  Here's a side view:

Details:
Patterned Paper: Doodlebug Hello Spring
Sentiment Stamp: Studio G (Michaels)
Yellow Ribbon: Stampin Up Daffodil Delight
Ink: Stampin Up Lovely Lilac
Doily: My Stash
Button: My Stash

I also have another Stamping Bella card to show in honor of St. Patrick's Day.  This image has long been retired, but I still love my bellas and like to make cards with them when I can.  My ultimate goal is to collect all of the bellas that were released, but I'm still a few shy.  I've been hunting them down ever since they were retired. So, if you know anyone looking to get rid of their bellas, I'm your girl!

For this card, I used some adorable paper from Doodlebug called Pot O'Gold and scattered some little shamrock rhinestones I got from Oriental Trading Co.  I actually found these by accident when I was ordering some supplies for my son's birthday, but they were so cute, I couldn't pass them up!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Hope you have a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!  Stay safe!

Bellarific Friday!!!

Hello there!
I've been busy stamping away and today I have a cute little witchy card from Stamping Bella to share with you.  This is Willow the Witch and you can find her here .  The minute this stamp came out, I knew I had to have her.  You see, I have a slight addiction to Uptown Girls and Tiny Townies.  I just can't help myself.  They are just so darn cute!

I colored her up with copics and added some adorable paper from Doodlebug.   This is their most recent Halloween Collection: October 31st.  This I popped on some cute little 3D bat stickers from Recollections.  Here's a closer look:

Bellarific Friday

Hello there!
Things have been a bit crazy lately.  As a teacher, things are always hectic at the end of the semester and this year is no different.  Grading papers, submitting final grades, etc.  On top of that, we are also selling our house and having a new one built so the word of the day is... CHAOS!  However, I did find a little time to create this adorable card.  This is Audrey Love Make-Up, one of my most favorite stamps!  I just love how classy she looks.  This week's Bellarific Challenge was "Anything Goes" so I used the sketch from the previous week and created this simple little beauty!

I made this card weeks ago, but never got around to posting it. It's Billybootabella from Stampingbella. I just love this image for paper piecing. I think the umbrella and boots always look so cute with a pattern on them! Paper is some of my left over stash, buttons are from The Paper Studio as is the ribbon. The sentiment is a freebie from TLC. Hope you like it!

Shop-a-holic

So, I must admit...I have a bit of a shopping problem, especially when it comes to scrapbook supplies. And most of my shopping is done online. Everytime a package arrives at the house, my husband just rolls his eyes :) I've tried to cut back, but there are just so many cute things out there...I'm sure many of you can identify. Oh well, guess I'll just have to embrace my inner shop-a-holic!

For this card I used an image from Stampingbella. This is probably my favorite bella image, it's just so cute. Right now the name of it escapes me but I'll check and update as soon as I find out :) The paper is from DCWV and the flowers are paper studio (Hobby Lobby) The buttons are from Wal-mart actually...something I picked up a long time ago. The sentiment is from Rubber Romance and of course she's colored with copic markers. I'm going to try to start listing the colors that I've used. I know a lot of people like to know so I'll try to do my best from now on. Ok, gotta go to bed now. Thanks for stopping by.

Hope you feelabella!

I've been in a pink and black mood lately, can you tell? For this card, I used feelabella from Stampingbella. I've had this stamp for a while but haven't used it much, so I decided to pull it out and ink it up! The paper is by Paper Studio, Sentiment is printed on computer, flowers are prima, ribbon is by Paper Studio and has become my favorite ribbon ever! I use it so much! And of course image was colored with copic markers!

Also, I've added several cards to my Etsy shop...some that I haven't even posted here yet, so check my shop to see some previews of what's to come on my blog or to purchase them for yourself. Thanks for stopping by and remember, I'll be drawing a winner for the blog candy tomorrow!

Retail Therapy

I made this sassy card using savvyshopabella from Stampingbella. The paper is by Making Memories, flowers are from prima, and sentiment is by Stampingbella. The decorative tag was cut using the Home Accents cartridge for Cricut. Swirl is a Sizzix Punch. Ok, I think that's all the necessary info. I really had fun creating this card...I'm super girly so I love to make stuff like this. I colored the image with copics, as always and also used the nestabilities die for the scalloped background.
