SugarPea Designs Warm Wishes!

Hello!  I'm back today with another fun holiday card made with the oh-so-adorable Hey Winter and Hey Summer stamp sets from Sugarpea Designs!  I just love both of these sets and I love that you can use them together!  The sweet little bear waving is from Hey Summer.  I stamped the little sweater on him from the Hey Winter set and it fit perfectly!  How fun!  To create my card, I started with some patterned papers from Hobby Lobby.  Then I created a little winter scene in the center with some snowy hills and a black and white background.  I die cut the Warm Wishes sentiment from white foam and layered some card stock on top.  Then I colored up my images and layered them on top with some foam tape.  A little page flag and button in the corner finish it off.  

I just love how this turned out!  Seriously loving these little bears and hoping I get a chance to make even more cards with them before the season is over.

Sugarpea Designs Hey Winter

Hello!  Just wanted to pop on and share this fun little holiday card I made using the NEW Hey Winter Clear Stamp set from Sugarpea Designs.  I have to tell you, I absolutely LOVE this set!  The minute I saw it, I had to snatch it up, and I'm so glad I got a chance to create with it before the end of the season!  For my card, I started with some woodgrain patterned paer.  Then I layered on a strip of red buffalo plaid across the bottom.  I also added a white die cut scallop for a little interest.  I die cut the "warm wishes" sentiment from white foam and layered a piece of white cardstock on top.  Then I adhered that to my card panel.  I stamped out this cute little bear, added the sweater elements, and colored him up with my Copics.  I used the coordinating die to cut him out and adhered him to the panel.  To finish it all off, I scattered several die cut snowflakes around the card.  Such a simple design, but I really like how it turned out!

Sugar Pea Designs Chunky Monkey Birthday Card

Hello!  Today, I sharing a fun little monkey card using the Sugar Pea Designs Chunky Monkey Stamp Set.  This is one of my all time favorite sets and I've been meaning to make a card with it for a while now.  To create my card, I chose some fun animal print papers and layered them together using various dies in my stash.  Then I stamped out my images, colored them up using Copic Markers and cut them out   Then I arranged them on the front and popped them on my card using foam tape.  I also die cut some foliage and tucked it in behind them to simulate a jungle background.  

I just love how this turned out.  Makes me want to create another card with this sweet set!

SugarPea Designs Let's Fiesta! and Guest Designer Contest

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a super fun card using Let's Fiesta from SugarPea Designs!  I just love this little guy.  He looks like he's having so much fun!  For this card, I chose some bright Southwestern papers and colored my image to match using Copic markers.  Then I layered several of the papers in the background, cut my image into a rectangle and layered it on top of a scalloped die cut.  I placed a strip of diamond print at the bottom of the image and topped it off with a cute little tag and button.  Then I stamped my image on a die cut cloud and added a little heart underneath.  I popped it up using foam tape to add some dimension.  And there you have it, a festive little birthday card!
