La-La Land Crafts April Release- Mona with Baby

Hello there!  I'm back today with even more goodies from La-La Land Crafts.  This month, the release features quite a few baby themed stamps and dies!  

Today, I'm featuring Mona with Baby!  For my card, I used some of the beautiful floral papers that were released this month and added that to my background.  Then I cut a scalloped border for the bottom and added that there.  I die cut the "welcome baby" sentiment from blue card stock and glued it to the top of my card.  I stamped my image out and colored it with Copics.  Then I fussy cut it out and layered it on top of a stitched white square.  I also added the sweet little onesie that was released this month.  My sentiment finishes the card off.  Such a great way to welcome a new little one.

La-La Land Crafts April Release!

Hello!  It's that time again!  La-La Land Crafts has released some adorable new goodies this month and today, I'm featuring the NEW A Pocket Full Clear Stamp Set!  This sweet little set allows you to create your own pockets!  It features 3 different sized pockets and a ton of sentiments!  How fun!  

For my card, I started with some of the new patterned papers and layered them up in my background.  Then I stamped the largest pocket on some striped paper and used the pocket die to cut it out.  I also stamped my sentiment and added this cute little duck.  Then I tucked a die cut doily behind it and added some stitched tags.  I just love how this turned out.  Such a sweet little card!

CC Designs Astronaut & Aliens

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a fun birthday card using the CC Designs Astronaut & Aliens.  This little card was such a snap to put together.  I started with some patterned paper from my stash and trimmed it down to fit my card base.  Then I used the Outer Space die set to cut a moon and planet.  I added those to the card and then popped my colored images on top.  And that's it.  Easy-peasy!

La-La Land Crafts April 2020 Club Kit

Hello, today I'm back sharing some more fun pizza cards using the new La-La Land Crafts April 2020 Club Kit.  You can find all the details about Club Subscriptions HERE.  

For my first card, I decided to create a little recipe pocket card.  First I used some card stock and patterned paper to sew up my pocket.  Then I did cut a large tag and added some patterned paper to the center.  This paper already had some lines on it.  I used the space to write a recipe for pizza dough.  Then I added my assemble pizza to the top of the tag and tucked it inside my pocket.  Then I die cut and inked up my cheese block and added that to the bottom of my pocket.  I tucked one of my little mice inside the large hole and popped the other one on top with some foam tape.  To finish it off, I added my sentiment and a little banner and button to the top right.

La-La Land Crafts: Anything Goes

Hello everyone!  Hope you are all well!  Today, I have some fun little gift enclosures for this week's La-La Land Crafts theme: Anything Goes.  With Mother's Day just around the corner, I thought these would be perfect.  

To begin, I started with some pre-made 2.5x2.5 card bases.  Then I die cut some squares from patterned paper and adhered them to the front.  I also die cut some circles from white card stock and popped those on top using foam tape.  Using the Relax and Unwind Clear Stamp Set, I colored up some of these cuties and fussy cut them out.  Then I popped them on the circles along with some die cut spa embellishments.  

These were so quick and easy to create!  The perfect little gift enclosure for a spa treat.

La-La Land Crafts April 2020 Club Kit Reveal

Hello, Today, I'm so excited to share with you the NEW La-La Land Crafts April 2020 Club Kit!  This month's kit is packed full of adorable pizza-themed stamps and dies!  Be sure to head over to the La-La Land Crafts website to subscribe if you haven't done so already.  The deadline for this kit is April 20th!  

For my first card, I colored up Marci with Pizza using my Copic Markers.  Then I fussy cut her out and set her aside.  For my background, I die cut a red scalloped rectangle and trimmed it in half.  I placed one half at the top of my card base and the other half at the bottom of my card base.  Then I added a strip of pattered paper across the center and backed that on top of some black card stock.  I used the center circles from the cheese block die to add some white and red polka dots around the card.  Then I die cut my pizza paddle from black card stock and assembled my pizza with pepperoni.  I popped that on top of my paddle and added it to the right side of my card.  To finish it off, I added Marci to the left of my card with foam tape as well as my sentiment.

For the next card, I used the sweet little mice to create a pizzeria scene.  First, I started with the cheese block die.  I die cut it from some white card stock and used my Copic Markers to create a woodgrain pattern.  I also cut 2 thin rectangles for the sides of my pizza booth and colored a woodgrain pattern on those as well.  then I die cut a white scalloped rectangle and added a red and white striped rectangle to the center of it for my umbrella top.  I added my my to the scene and my sentiment to the top.  For the sliced pizza and plate, I created my pizza and then cut it into 6 slices with my paper trimmer.  The plate is one of the circles die cut from the cheese block.

La-La Land Crafts Thinking of You

Hello!  This week's theme at La-La Land Crafts is Thinking of You!  This is the perfect time to send cards out just to check in and see how others are doing.  For my card, I used the Great News Clear Stamp Set.  I just love these little pandas and I think this set is perfect for this theme.  To create my card, I started with stenciling a cloudy sky for the background of half of my card.  Then I added some die cut grass to the bottom and stacked my bears on top of each other.  I die cut the hello sentiment from yellow card stock and added the phone cord and die cut phone as well.  Such a fun and bright card, they perfect way to say, "hello."
