CCD Snowman Goodies

Hello!  Today, I'm so excited to share some Snowman Goodies with you!  I have two different projects to share!

My first project is two gift tags featuring the NEW Make A Snowman Outline Die!  I had so much fun creating these!  First, I die cut the largest tag from the Layering Tag Die Set.  Then I added a Circle in a contrasting pattern and topped that with a white die cut from the In & Out Circle Die.  I pieced my snowmen together and added some accents with enamel dots and some 3D stickers from my stash.  Then I popped them on top of my circle using foam tape.  I added some red die cut bows to the tops of each tag and finished them off with some enamel dots.  So fun!

For my second project, I decided to use the Tiny Winter Clear Stamp Set.  I colored up the two snowmen from the set using my Copic Markers and cut them out with the coordinating dies.  Then I created a winter scene using a die from my stash and some pink paper from the NEW I{heart} Snow Paper Pad.  I popped my snowmen on top using some foam tape, stamped my sentiment across the bottom and added a pink heart in between them.  Then I finish the card off with some Stickles glitter, die cut snowflakes, and some enamel dots.

La-La Land Crafts Dear Santa

Hello!  Christmas is just around the corner and today I have a fun Christmas card to share with you guys.  My project today features the NEW Dear Santa Clear Stamp Set from La-La Land Crafts!  This release is packed full of adorable stamps, dies, papers, stencils, etc.  Be sure to hop over to the store and check them out!!!

For my card, I decided to create a cozy little indoor scene.  First, I started with some striped patterned paper and trimmed it into a rectangle.  Then I added a strip of kraft paper to the bottom to simulate the floor as well as a white strip for the baseboard.  I matted the whole thing on top of black piece of card stock and popped that on top of some patterned paper and mounted to my card base.  To build my scene, I die cut a fireplace and used some Copic markers to add detail to the bricks.  I also used Copics to color in the fire as well.  I die cut the stocking from pattened paper and added them to the fireplace with foam tape.  Next, I added the wreath above the fire place and embellished it with some red enamel dots.  I also stamped my sentiment in the top right corner of the panel.  I used foam tape to add my cozy santa to the left of the card and added a cute little tree as well.  Some enamel dots serve as ornaments and I used the garland from the staircase die to decorate the tree.  I love how you can use it for so many things!  A couple of pictures above santa finish it off!

Club La-La Land Crafts November Kit

Hello!  I'm back today with two more cards from the La-La Land Crafts November Club Kit!  Just a reminder that you have until November 20th to subscribe if you want this exact kit.  You can find all the info HERE on the website.

For my first card, I used Bookworm Marci.  I colored her up with my Copics and fussy cut her out.  Then I started working on my card base.  I used patterned papers from the New Little Merry Christmas Paper Pack as well as the Blue Christmas Paper Pack.  I just love that you can use the papers for all sorts of occasions!  I started with a piece of red stripe paper and trimmed that down to fit my card base.  Then I layered some blue and white polka dot paper down the center and added a bright blue scallop which was trimmed from the largest scalloped rectangles die.  Then I chose some warm grey card stock and cut that into a rectangle.  I matted it on top of a yellow scalloped retangle and adhered that to my panel at an angle.  Then I layered on my die cuts.  First, I added the "I heart books" die to the top left and paper pieced the bookshelf so that each book was bright and colorful.  Then I die cut my lamp and paper pieced that as well.  In order to make everything fit, I trimmed off the bottom portion of my lamp and adhered it just above my books.  Next, I added Marci with some foam tape and finished the card off with some enamel dots.

For my inspiration cards, I decided to use bright primary colors.  My first card features Bookworm Marci.  To create this card, I started with some patterned paper from my stash.  Then I layered on a die cut circle and added an orange scallop behind it.  I colored Marci up with my Copic Markers and cut her out using my Scan N Cut 2.  Then I popped her on top of my card using foam tape.  I also added a paper-pieced reading lamp, a couple of red die cut books and some gingham ribbon.  I threaded the ribbon through the bookmark topper for an added embellishment.  To finish the card off, I added the little read sentiment to the left hand corner.

For my card, I used the same paper pad and layered my card base with some red and white striped paper.  Then I added a strip of "word" paper from the Christmas Hodgepodge Paper Pack.  I die cut a scalloped rectangle for the center of the card and created a little desktop scene.  I used the bookmark die for the tabletop and added my desk and book shelf.  Then I added the little own to the scene using some foam tape and popped the little bookworm in the bottom corner.  A cute little sentiment finishes it all off.
