La-La Land Crafts 3D Christmas!

Hello!  Only 7 months till Christmas!  Has anyone else started making holiday cards?  This week's theme at La-La Land Crafts is 3D!  I decided to create a 3D holiday card for my project!  

To begin, I started with a normal top fold square card base.  I used the stitched square die to cut a rectangle window from the front.  Then I added a little accordion fold piece between the front and the back so that when the card it closed, it lays flat and when it's open it stands up like an easel. To decorate my card, I used some birch trees and layered them on a hill of snow for the background.  Then I stamped out, colored up, and fussy cut some of the critters from the Cozy Christmas Stamp Set.  I added the little mouse to the center accordion fold along with the 3 trees die.  Then I added the other two to the front of the card.  I also added a little heart banner and some greenery as well.  I just love how this turned out!  So much fun!
