The Greeting Farm March 2021 Release Preview Day #2: Happy Everything

Hello!  Today, I have a very fun set of bunnies to share with you.  This set is called Happy Everything and will be available on March 15th.  The set includes several sweet little bunnies, accessories, and one big sentiment.  You are going to love it!

For my project, I decided to make a set of celebration tags.  I've had the colorful tags in my stash for a while now and I just knew these little bunnies would be the perfect match.  I stamped all my images out, colored them up, and fussy cut them out.  Then I added them to the fronts of my tags along with some strips of patterned paper, stamped sentiments, and enamel dots!  I just love how these turned out.  The perfect addition to any gift!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Be sure to check back tomorrow for one more Sneak Peek!  Happy Crafting!

CC Designs Dot and Color Splotches

Hello!  I'm back with another fun card from the NEW CC Designs release!  This little cutie is Dot.  I've paired her with the NEW Color Splotches Clear Stamp Set to create this fun layered card.  I just started with some patterned paper, stamped my splotches out in blue ink and used a brick stencil for the yellow background.  Then I stamped out my image, colored it up, and popped it on top using some foam tape.  A stamped sentiment in the corner finishes it off!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Picket Fence Studios Beautiful Girl Madelyn

Hello!  Today, I'm bringing you Beautiful Girl Madelyn with some retro vibes.  Picket Fence Studios has some of the most beautiful stamps out there!  I just love creating with the Beautiful Girls Line.

To create my card, I started with some patterned paper and trimmed it to fit the front of my card. Then I layered that on top of some lime green paper and adhered it to my card base.  Then I stamped out my image, colored her up with Copics and cut her out using the coordinating die.  I centered her on my card panel and added some die cut music notes around her.  Then I die cut and layered up the "hey you" word die in coordinating colors.  To give it some dimension, I layered it on top of some foam and then added it just below my image.  The "break a leg" sentiment from the NEW Ways To Express Yourself Set finishes it off.

CC Designs March Release!

Hello there!  It's release day at CC Designs!!!!  Today, I'm featuring one of the new sets, coordinating dies, and slim line die available in the store now!

To create my card, I started with the NEW 4 Window Slimline Die.  It works so perfectly with this set!  I die cut it from some white card stock and then layered that on a larger piece of blue card stock.  I used a "brick" stencil in my stash to create a brick path across the bottom panel.  Then I die cut 4 small squares from some forest patterned paper in my stash and inset each one on my panel.  Then I stamped out my characters, colored them up with Copics, and die cut them out using the coordinating die.  I popped each one into the center of each panel using foam tape.  I just love how they look like they're on a journey through the woods.  Then I found the "together" die cut in my stash and adhered it just below my images.  I added my stamped sentiment just under that and finished the card off with some gingham ribbon and a little heart button.  So cute!

Remember, all new stamps and dies are in the shop now.  So head over there and check them out!  Thanks for stopping by!

CC Designs March Release Preview Day #2

Hello!  I'm back again sharing another fun set from the new release at CC Designs!  This set is called WOO.  It features all your favorite characters with sentiments to match.  It also pairs really well with the Witches set I showcased yesterday.
Fro my card, I've paired the Good Witch with Dorothy in a sweet little scene layered together using dies in my stash.  I stamped out my images, colored them up with Copics, and cut them out using the coordinating dies.  Then I popped them on top of my scene using foam tape.  I stamped my sentiment across the cloud at the top of the card and added a little enamel dot.
I just love how this turned out.  Just bright and cheery!

The new release will be available tomorrow.  Check back to see another set featured here on my blog!

Using Journal Cards for quick and easy cards

Hello!  I hope you are having a great week!  Today, I'm sharing a quick and easy card using the NEW Cool Couple Clear Stamp set and my best-kept secret...journal cards!

So anytime, I need to make a cute card quick, I always reach for my collection of journal cards... you know, the ones you use for scrapbooking.  Well, they make great greeting cards as well!  For this card, I just chose 2 different coordinating journal cards, trimmed them both to fit my card base and layered them on top of each other.  I added a little machine stitching around the corner for extra detail, stamped my sentiment, and popped my image on top with foam tape.  Then I just added a few enamel dots and a couple of precut die cuts in the corner and voila!  A super cute card in minutes!
